Bylaws Amendment Notice

Pursuant to the AFP bylaws, the bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the AFPSD Chapter membership by a two-thirds vote of the members present and eligible to vote, provided that the amendment has been submitted in writing with at least thirty days advance notice to the membership and described at the previous regular meeting of the Chapter. In order to simplify and provide better alignment with AFPI and other Chapters, AFPSD is proposing a bylaw amendment.

The bylaw amendment will be voted on at the members meeting to be held on June 6, 2008 at Noon at The Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108.
